ChurnIntel ("we", "us") helps subscription businesses understand and reduce churn. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email meet@churnintel.io.

Depending on how you use ChurnIntel, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in.
• Workspace and billing connection data — Stripe account identifiers and subscription/cancellation metadata needed to power flows and insights. We do not store customer card numbers.
• Product usage data — events such as flow views, offer redemptions, and cancellation session outcomes.
• Access requests — information you submit when requesting early access from our marketing site.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and similar diagnostics used for security and reliability.

• Provide, operate, and improve the ChurnIntel product
• Authenticate users and manage workspaces
• Connect to Stripe and process cancellation flows
• Respond to support requests and access applications
• Monitor abuse, security, and service health
• Send product or account-related communications

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run ChurnIntel (for example hosting, email, and authentication), when required by law, or with your direction (such as team members you invite to a workspace).

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

ChurnIntel is built for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, when changes are material, provide additional notice in the product or by email.
