Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ChurnIntel websites, products, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

ChurnIntel helps subscription businesses capture cancellation reasons, present exit offers, and analyze churn with revenue context. Features may change as we improve the product. Early access / founding partner features may be limited or experimental.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring teammates you invite comply with these Terms. Access may be invite-only during founding partner phases.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or interfere with its operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or Stripe policies
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly allowed
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. Stripe connections are subject to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for configuring flows and offers lawfully for your customers.

ChurnIntel and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors'). These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

Non-public product, pricing, and business information shared during early access should be treated as confidential and not disclosed without permission, except as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that insights will produce any particular business result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHURNINTEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when practical.
