Subscription Billing Page for SaaS: What Customers Expect
The billing page is where subscribers answer “what am I paying, when, and how do I change it?” A good page reduces support tickets and prevents accidental cancels driven by confusion. It is not the same as the multi-step cancel flow — but it should link there clearly.
